I am passionate about working with women, just like me, to help them handle stress in their busy lives. My joy is to see us all happy in bodies we love; that function the way they are meant to; & that provide us emotional stability.
From my own journey, living as an expat for many years, I know the havoc of chronic, low grade stress can sneak in. Regularly pushing my body into ultra-marathon overload, I have also witnessed the crashing side effects of acute stress.
Add to this far too many courses of antibiotics, a sugar addiction and nutritionally challenged diet it’s fair to say, I am in tune with the physical, mental and emotional load this creates.
That is why I know meeting, greeting and working to tame our stressors, in their many shapes and sizes, is how we can create the ability to thrive, not just get by.
And happy days, us! It’s not all about will power!
